Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, made-to-order, digital, and sale / offer items are non-returnable. If you are unsure, please confirm before placing your order.
Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
